- The rent we say on the call is the rent on the agreement. No convenience fee discovered on move-in day.

- Every building gets a scheduled check. The tickets we are proudest of are the ones nobody had to raise.

- Returned on the timeline in your agreement, with any deduction itemised down to the line.
- Say no to the wrong building
- We walk away from buildings we can’t run properly. That is why there are 95 and not 300.
